BANGKOK (11 December 2025) – Thailand and Vietnam have confirmed their slots to the semifinals of the SEA Games 2025 after emerging as Group A and Group B winners, respectively.
In the two matches at the Rajamangala Stadium earlier this evening, Thailand were 3-0 winners over Singapore, while Vietnam outplayed Malaysia 2-0.
Following a first-half deadlock against Singapore, Siraphop Wandee gave Thailand the lead in the 49th minute, before Yotsakorn Burapha fired in a brace (51st and 55th minute) for the win.
On the other hand, the first two first-half goals from Nguyễn Hiểu Minh in the 11th minute and Phạm Minh Phúc (22nd) were enough for Vietnam to see off Malaysia 2-0 and their win of Group B.
