CHONBURI (10 December 2025) – Thailand and Indonesia are in the semifinals of the Women’s Football event at the SEA Games 2025 after emerging as Group A winners and runners-up, respectively.
At the Chonburi Stadium earlier this evening, the home team walked off 2-0 over Singapore to confirm their win of Group A.
Following their earlier big victory over Indonesia, the Thais made sure of their second full points with two first-half goals over Singapore.
Kanyanat Chetthabutr nailed the ninth-minute opener before Orapin Waenngoen then added the second goal nine minutes later.
“The target is the three points. We want players who did not have the chance to play previously to get the opportunity to play tonight,” said Nueangrithai Sarathongwien, the head coach of the Thailand women’s national team.
