| PETALING JAYA (28 June 2008) – A Football Turf Maintenance seminar will be held on Monday as part of the FIFA Goal Project of its office in Kuala Lumpur.
The seminar has been slated for 30 June 2008 to 1 July 2008 and will be held at the PJ Hilton in Petaling Jaya.
A total of 32 participants have confirmed their attendance where apart from the Asean member countries, there are also participants from DPR Korea, Maldives and Mongolia.
Other than the Introduction to the Seminar on the first part of the morning on the first day, participants will be introduced to Football Turf Case Studies and Best Practice Research on Football Turf.
After lunch, there will be a Theoretical Presentations before transferring to the football field for practical lessons. A football match will be held afterwards.
On the second day, participants will be taught on Contracts and Tendering Process before a DVD presentation on Football Turf and Football Turf Experiences.
After lunch, the second part of the Turf Maintenance will be presented to be followed by a Final Discussion and Questions/Answers session.
