SYDNEY (20 March 2026) – Sydney FC have strengthened their squad ahead of a crucial run-in to the end of the Ninja A-League season, signing young defender Claudia Valetta for the final three games of the regular campaign.
Valetta, 22, joins the Sky Blues as a free agent and arrives at an important time for the club, helping ease a growing list of injury and suspension concerns.
Sydney FC will be without a number of players, with eight currently unavailable, including Riley Tanner and Willa Pearson, who are both suspended for one match after reaching five yellow cards last Friday night.
