SG2025 Women’s Futsal: Indonesia win shootouts for place in final against Vietnam

BANGKOK (16 December 2025) – Indonesia survived the penalty shootouts 7-6 against host Thailand as Vietnam outplayed the Philippines 1-0 in the semifinals of the Women’s Futsal event of the SEA Games here at the Bangkok Thonburi University Gymnasium.

The score at the end of extra was 4-4 with Indonesia scoring through Ikeu Rosita (1^st and 19^th minute), Suksen Sasiprapha’s own goal in the 13^th minute and Fitri Rosdiana (35^th).

Thailand found the back of the net through Meekham Sangrawee in the eighth minute and a hat-trick (9^th, 18^th and 30^th minute) from Darika Peanpailun.

In the meantime, Vietnam had a lone strike from Trần Nguyệt Vi in the 25^th minute to thank for their close 1-0 victory over the Philippines.
