CHIANGMAI (5 December 2025) – The Philippines made a triumphant start to their Group C campaign at the SEA Games 2025 when they outplayed Myanmar 2-0 at the 700th Anniversary Stadium in Chiangmai
Alex Monis nailed the opener after 19 minutes before an own goal from Myanmar’s Latt Wai Phone in the 50th minute gave the Philippines the full points.
The Philippines will next take on defending champions Indonesia on 8 December 2025.
