SINGAPORE (11 July 2013) – Singapore Under-23 chief coach V. Sundramoorthy has announced a predominantly players from the LIONSXII to take on Indonesia in a friendly this Saturday.
Following the 1-1 draw in Solo last month, the return fixture will Singapore entertaining their ASEAN neighbours at the Jalan Besar Stadium.
“We are all well aware of the significance of this game. A good result could present a chance for us to participate in this year’s SEA Games,” said Sundramoorthy (pix).
“We will be prepared for this Saturday and I believe our players would like to show that we can achieve good results at the SEA Games.”
